Controlling Your Projects

We recognise that all software projects are different, which is why we try not to get too hung up on a single project management methodology. We believe that the requirements of a project should dictate this methodology.

Not all projects require Prince 2 project management to ensure their success; in fact very few do; however, if your project demands it, then we are Prince 2 qualified and are more than happy to provide this level of control.
