Opal CS are an Apple Authorised repair company based in the North East of England. Opal CS came to us wanting to improve the flow of jobs through their business, whilst at the same time making it easier to find critical information quickly and easily.
We recommended one of our Job Tracking systems and after a short demonstration, they were hooked! We built them a system which had a powerful CRM to keep track of all client related information and a Job Tracking area which allowed them to see all the active jobs in their business.
Added to this was a total revamp of their online website, which included a customer portal to allow customers to get status updates on their jobs without the need to contact Opal CS. This both improved efficency for Opal CS and customer satisfaction for their clients.
